| Computer Technology Inc. (CTI) has introduced conversion services for migrating PowerBuilder applications to the J2EE platform "at a fraction of the cost and effort of full-blown application development," the company says.
CTI's approach "combines the benefits of true J2EE with the look-and-feel of (customers') client/server applications," the company says, while "significantly (reducing) cost and development time by extensive use of automation."
CTI ensures seamless deployment on any J2EE Application Server, including WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat/JBoss, Jrun, EAS, and IIS as well. The company "offers a pathway to new technology while leveraging existing expertise," it said in an official announcement. Its approach "facilitates do-it-yourself conversion or (customers can) outsource conversion to our experts," it added.
CTI says it has proven conversion solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the defense, financial services, logistics, retail, media and publishing, energy, and manufacturing sectors. More information is available at www.xmlsp.com.
